4. International Shipping, Customs & Import Duties

All products are dispatched from our licensed processing and export facility in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, India:

• Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis via authorized global logistics carriers (including Shiprocket, Shipglobal, Delhivery, or Aramex).
• Local Customs & Taxes: Any import tariffs, customs clearance administrative fees, destination VAT, or local taxes assessed by destination border authorities are the customer’s sole responsibility.
• We are not liable for parcel holds, seizure, or delays resulting from destination country customs protocols or customer failure to pay required local duties.
